Workplace Harassment Awareness

This course creates and improves participants’ awareness and knowledge of workplace harassment, introduces participants to the legal definition of harassment, the sponsor organization’s harassment policies, the financial and human costs of workplace harassment, and the employer and employee duties and responsibilities regarding harassment at the workplace.  Through brief video scenarios, role-play, discussion, and a question and answer session, participants gain a personal understanding of the social and legal implications, responsibilities and costs of workplace harassment.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS

This instructor led course with training manual, handouts, and video scenarios, focuses on the definitions of workplace harassment, the sponsor organizations workplace harassment policies, the employer’s and employee’s rights and responsibilities regarding workplace harassment.  Instructional materials include the sponsor organization’s workplace harassment policies, handout materials, and up to date Workplace Harassment video scenarios.

HOURS

Your Workplace Harassment course is a 2-hour training activity scheduled at your convenience for up to 20 participants.  0.2 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, course handouts and materials, training administration, instruction, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
