This program is designed for incumbent workers. The goal of the program is to provide the skills necessary for entry level employees which they need to be targeted for growth positions in the future. The skills taught in this program are those most commonly identified by employers to be lacking in the workforce. This program can also be used for new hires and/or unemployed workers.

Training description and materials
This instructor led course utilizes many hands on exercises and class interaction to teach communication, team building, stress management, conflict resolution and prevention, understanding and appreciating other’s differences and effectively working with leadership skills. There are multiple texts and handouts used in the course.
Hours and Cost:
Your Soft Skills Solution course is an 80-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a minimum of 8 participants. 8.0 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
