Training description and materials

This instructor led course utilizes many hands on exercises and class interaction to teach communication, team building, stress management, conflict resolution and prevention, understanding and appreciating other’s differences and effectively working with leadership skills.  There are multiple texts and handouts used in the course.

Hours and Cost:

Your Soft Skills Solution course is an 80-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a minimum of 8 participants.  8.0 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, class handouts and materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
