TRAINING DESCRIPTION

The Advanced Leadership Skills workshop is based on the best selling book by Jack Zenger and Joe Folkman, “The Extraordinary Leader”.

Through a combination of video visits, instructor- led training, in class practice opportunities, self assessments, and group learning activities, the participants will learn the 5 Key Insights required of “The Extraordinary Leader”. Advanced Leadership Skills is available either as a 1 day workshop or a more intense two day course.

HOURS AND COST

Your Advanced Leadership Skills one day training workshop includes 8 contact hours for up to 50 employees. 0.8 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded upon the successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, all course material, handouts, certificate of completion, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
