COURSE OBJECTIVES
• The GMP module will introduce the concepts of Good Manufacturing Practices, review sterile production, and teach good laboratory procedures
• The ISO module will discuss what ISO is, how the process approach is used, and the information you need to know when you participate in an audit
• The SPC module contains information on how to differentiate between accuracy and precision, Pareto-Chart Analysis, constructing histograms, and using control charts
• Instruments and Equipment will be dedicated to covering preventative maintenance, knowing what is involved in calibrating equipment, and emphasis on the change control process
• The Computer Software module will cover basic knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access—software the participant may use while implementing quality standards
TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS
This instructor-led course with participant’s manual focuses on the study and application of quality and how it is applied in biotechnical and manufacturing industries. This course will focus on the learner and the ability to demonstrate quality competencies.
HOURS AND COST
Your Quality Industry Certificate (QuIC) course is a 90-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 8 participants. 9.0 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, participant manual and course materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
