Learn to incorporate the basic skills to facilitate the effective use of Kanbans. Learn 10 Kanban requirements along with a guide to calculate Kanbans.
• Introduction & review of the prerequisites that have been reviewed in the first 4 modules

• Basics of Kanban terms, functions, rules and types including where & why it may not be the best option

Training description and materials
This instructor led course with reference text, focuses in part on the study and application of Inventory Kanbans and in particular its application to a Lean enterprise. The reference text is from Productivity Press Lean Shop Floor series workbooks.
Hours and cost:
