College at Work

The College at Work Program offers degree programs in a variety of subjects held on-site at your company. Your employees can earn a two-year associate degree that is fully accredited or career certificates meeting specific workplace requirements.

Course objectives

All credit courses delivered through the College at Work program meet the academic requirements, standards and objectives established for each course by Ivy Tech Community College. 

Training description and materials

Each client is unique and our challenge is to develop a working plan that will meet your needs. Courses may be accelerated or follow non-traditional flexible schedules to meet your timelines and goals.  Distance learning delivery is also an option for many courses.  The purchase of textbooks for each course can be expedited by either online purchasing or delivery to the company site.  In addition, we will consistently manage and evaluate your classroom to ensure that your employees get the quality education that all students should expect.

Hours and cost:

The career certificates may include as few as five courses.  The associate degree programs include a minimum of 21 courses.  Each course will be at the state-determined credit tuition rate for each student.  A minimum number of students will be established to run each course.  Additional fees will be charged when applicable for the course.  Textbooks vary according to the course.
