COURSE DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS
This instructor led course with reference text, focuses on safe basic programming, set-up, and operation of CNC turning centers. Students learn by doing with hands on projects, supplemented with focused lectures, reference materials, and continual improvement through the instructor’s experience and guidance. For experienced or advanced students, CNC Turning I can be customized to include specialized, company or industry specific equipment or materials, advanced course material, or other specialized needs.
HOURS AND COST
Your CNC Turning I: Programming, Setup,& Operations (NIMS Level I) course is an 80 hour training activity scheduled at your convenience for up to 8 participants maximum. Training includes all course textbooks and materials, training administration, instruction, participant use of tool-crib, activity evaluation, and NIMS certification testing fee.
