Planning and Scheduling
The old saying,“plan your work, and work your plan” is as true today as ever. But how does planning get done in a fast-paced, changing business environment? How do you create plans that are realistic and acceptable to the business or scientific stakeholders? What techniques are absolutely essential to project success?
