Training Description and Materials
This instructor-led course is textbook-based, and will deliver course objectives within the context of the workplace. Personality assessments such as the MBTI, Conflict Style and Team Inventories may also be used. The course stresses the critical role of human resources within organizations, and how both new and experienced managers can be aware of current issues and maximize the productivity of employees.
Hours and Cost
Your Managing High Performance Teams course is a 16-hour training activity scheduled at your convenience for up to 15 participants. 1.6 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbooks and course materials, and an evaluation at the conclusion of the training.
