Training Description and Materials

This course is instructor-led, with topics focused on assisting you identify, analyze & evaluation, and invest in real estate.  Instruction is textbook based, with additional materials and examples provided as necessary.

Hours and Cost

Real Estate Property Management includes 18 contact hours for up to 15 employees.  1.8 IACET approved CEU’s will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.    Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbook & class materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
