These mini-training sessions, held throughout the year, offer professional development opportunities for the Home Inspection industry. This course offers home inspectors with a casual learning environment, professional development, networking, and “hands-on” opportunities.

• Identify components of household systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and structure
• Accurately inspect these systems as part of the overall home inspection
• Perform diagnostic work and troubleshoot systems where appropriate
• Identify community resources and subject matter experts to assist in accurately performing an inspection
Training description and materials
Experience or licensure as a residential home inspector is recommended. The workshops provide attendees with industry and state-mandated Continuing Education credits.
Hours and Cost
Your Home Inspection Continuing Education course is a 4-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to 10 participants. 0.4 IACET approved CEU’s are awarded upon the successful completion of the course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, class handouts and materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
