PC Troubleshooting
The PC Troubleshooting course is designed to introduce hardware and software installation, repair, and service techniques in a simple, practical format for IT professionals and non-IT professionals alike.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

• Identify and understand the role of computer hardware components

• Upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware

• Install and remove an operating system

• Design and build a small network

TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Learn PC operating system software and networking technologies. Students will dismantle and completely reassemble a personal computer. Learn to partition and format hard drives as well as install and upgrade various operating systems. Students will also learn to set-up and maintain a network.

HOURS AND COST

Your PC Troubleshooting course is a 30 hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to 10 participants. 3.0 IACET Approved CEUs will be awarded with successful completion of the 30 hour course. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbooks, class handouts and materials, certificate of completion, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
