• Set a new Home page

• Edit the Favorites list

• Print a Web page

• Use search engines

• Place a Web page shortcut on the desktop

• Display active content on the desktop

• Create, edit, send and respond to e-mail

• Post, respond, and subscribe to a newsgroup

• Download a file from an FTP site.

• Use security certificates, security zones and privacy settings.

• View Web pages offline.

Training description and materials

This instructor led course with reference text, focuses on the study and application of the internet through the World Wide Web and email.  This course will focus on the learner and the ability to demonstrate competencies in the use of the internet and email with hands-on exercises and searches.
