The Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing program offers advanced level instruction in real property ownership, real estate law, and brokerage. The course meets the state required education component to become a licensed real estate broker.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Understand and discuss real estate agency law
  • Discuss the application of the rules provided by the Indiana Real Estate Commission
  • Discuss and perform the actions needed to complete real estate transactions

TRAINING DESCRIPTION AND MATERIALS

Participants must have their sales license for one year. Attendance is required for 75% of class session. A passing test rate is also required to sit for the state exam.  The textbooks for the class are Modern Real Estate Practice: 17th Edition: Galaty, Allaway and Kyle: Real Estate Education Company: Dearborn Publishing, Inc and The Indiana Real Estate Commission Statutes and Rules Booklet: April 2006.

Your Real Estate Broker Pre-licensing course includes 54 contact hours for up to 10 employees. Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbook & course materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training
