Training description and materials
This is the required course for understanding how the appraisal business is to be conducted. The course explains in detail the standards of USPAP set by the Appraisal Foundation. The course material emphasizes the role of the appraiser and the appraiser's impartiality associate with this role.

Hours and Cost
Your Real Estate Appraisal USPAP course is a 15-hour training activity, scheduled at your convenience for up to a maximum of 12 participants.  Pricing includes training administration, instruction, textbook, class handouts and materials, and an activity evaluation at the conclusion of training.
