Four Easy Ways to Register!

• By Telephone: You may register by telephone if paying by MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover credit card. Call: 1 (260) 480-4118.
• By Fax: Reservations may be made by faxing your registration information. Call 1 (260) 480-4170.
• In Person: Bring your reservation to the Registrar's Office, 3800 North Anthony Boulevard , Fort Wayne , IN 46805.
• By Mail: Submit the registration form with a check, MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover credit card information, or your company's purchase order to: Ivy Tech Community College, Business Office, 3800 North Anthony Boulevard, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.

For your convenience, a registration form is available online. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open, electronically fill out and print the form. Please don't forget to sign the form before mailing, faxing or bringing it to the Registrar's Office!

Costs include books and/or materials unless noted.

Refunds/Cancellations

To cancel your registration, call 1 (260) 480-4118. Students who initiate withdrawal from a non-credit course may be eligible for a refund according to the following schedule. A full refund will be issued if classes are canceled by the college or if a confirmed cancellation is received prior to the first class meeting. If less than 20 percent of contact hours have been completed, a 50 percent refund will be issued. No refund is available after 20 percent of contact hours are completed or if a student fails to initiate a withdrawal. For courses offered in partnership with third-party vendors, the vendor's refund policy may apply. If classes at Ivy Tech Community College are closed due to inclement weather, they will be made up at a later time. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. Cancellation decisions are typically made a week prior to a course's start date, so don't wait to register to avoid disappointment.
