Fee payments are due at time of registration. Students are encouraged to register early to guarantee a seat in a particular course. Companies requesting a billing must send a letter of intent on company letterhead, signed by a person authorized to commit funds and accompanied by a purchase order or voucher when appropriate.
Changes and Cancellations
Ivy Tech reserves the right to cancel, postpone or combine classes, or to change instructors. However, every effort is made to conduct classes as listed in this catalog. In the event that minimum enrollment is not met and a class is cancelled, you will be notified and full registration fees will be refunded. During inclement weather, please listen to your local radio station for cancellation of classes. Any classes canceled due to bad weather will be rescheduled.
Refund Policy
If you must cancel your registration, please contact the WED office immediately. The College will issue a full refund for cancellation before the beginning of class. A 50% refund will be issued for withdrawals submitted prior to completion of 20% of total contact hours. After that, no refunds will be issued. All refunds are made by check.

But, we cancelled it because we didn’t know you wanted it. Sometimes, excellent courses with great instructors are cancelled when people wait until the last minute to register. To avoid any inconvenience to students, we cancel under-subscribed courses at least two days ahead of time.
