| Tuition &
Fees
Ivy Tech has the most affordable tuition in Indiana and, unlike
many colleges, we have no application or parking fees.
Course fees are $91.30 per credit hour for Indiana residents.
And, thanks to an Indiana/Kentucky tuition reciprocity agreement,
residents of Gallatin, Trimble, Carroll & Boone counties in
Kentucky also pay Indiana resident fees for most programs at Ivy
Tech Community College Southeast.
Fees for other non-Indiana residents are $185.75 per credit hour
for on-campus courses, and $119.45 per credit for distance education
classes.
Non-Indiana residents who do not live in the reciprocity-eligible
Kentucky counties listed above may qualify for a waiver of out-of-state
tuition if employed by an Indiana employer; contact the Registrar
for details.
In addition to the credit-hour fees, all students are charged
a technology fee of $40 per semester, and a consumables fee may
be applied to some courses. Fees and tuition are subject to change
without notice.

Payment of Fees
You must arrange to pay all fees when you register. Students are
officially registered and free to attend class after all fees are
satisfied. You may pay with a personal check, cash, VISA or MasterCard.
Please call the business office for more information.
Refund Policy
If you drop or withdraw from a course, you must submit a drop-and-add
or withdrawal form. The fee refund for voluntary withdrawal will
be processed only after the appropriate form is filed with the Registrar's
Office.
The College will refund student fees on the following schedule
for a regular semester (late registration fees are not refundable):
- From registration to end of first week of semester - 100%
- To end of second week of semester - 75%
- To end of third week of semester - 50%
- To end of fourth week of semester - 25%
- After fourth week of semester - no refund
This schedule is based on a 16-week semester, and classes based
on different calendars have different refund schedules. For more
information on refunds, call your regional Student Affairs Office.
Refunds for students who receive financial aid are handled according
to federal regulations. Financial aid funds that paid for College
fees must be returned to the government, and students who fully
withdraw from the College receive a refund. Additional details are
available through your campus Financial Aid Office.
